International Tours

 

• A completed RBL Booking Form.
• US$800 per person deposit for the main tour.
• US$500 per person deposit per extension.
• Full payment is required if your booking is made <4 months before the start of the Tour.

Rockjumper Cruises

 

• A completed RBL Booking Form.
• A completed Expedition Booking Form (where required).
• Payment of a non-refundable 30% deposit for the cabin price per person.
• Final payment is due 150 days prior to departure.
• If the above payments are not received on time, Rockjumper Birding Limited reserves the right to cancel your trip.
• Full payment is required if your booking is made within 5 months of the start of the Tour.
• Proof of travel insurance that includes a minimum emergency medical benefit of USD $50 000. (this applies to specific cruises only)
• Payment of a non-refundable US$500 per person deposit per extension.

Other Cruises (Quark, Heritage, AE Expeditions)

 

• A completed RBL Booking Form.
• A completed Expedition Booking Form.
• Payment of a non-refundable 25% deposit for the cabin price per person.
• Final payment is due 150 days prior to departure.
• If the above payments are not received on time, Rockjumper Birding Limited reserves the right to cancel your trip.
• If the booking is made within 150 days of the tour departure date, full payment is required.

Specified permits (ie: Gorilla & Chimpanzee).

 

• If you require a specific permits, you must add these costs to your deposit (you will be advised of the permit cost at the time of booking). It is important to note that all permits are subject to availability and therefore it is imperative that you inform us upon signing up for the tour that you require said permit.

Internal Flights

 

• We will book and buy airline tickets for your domestic flights for the Tour (if domestic flights are required). The costs for the domestic flights MUST be paid together with your deposit. Internal flights costs are indicative only, and the actual cost of the flights at the time of booking, will be billed accordingly.

General

 

• Booking requests with deposits will be considered in order of their receipt. Telephonic or e-mail requests will not be treated as bookings until the appropriate booking form and deposit is paid. OWS / RBL / RBT reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
